Training vs. Learning

People often ask about what do you actually do at SOF? 

Well first and foremost, our number one intention is to teach people how to move better and be healthier. 

The big emphasis being TEACH (aka coach).

What is the difference?

Well, when you think of training or exercising, you probably associate it with repeating some monotonous task over and over again with some fit inspirational person yelling at you to keep you motivated. 

When you think about teaching, you probably associate it with learning something and developing your knowledge and skills in a certain area. 

Why would that be important? 

The last thing we want is people to have dependence on us.

Our aim is to empower and educate. We give you the tools. It’s your job to do the work.
