    We’ve taken all the best parts of personal training and packaged them with our group fitness program to generate better and more sustainable results.

    If you genuinely want to make a change to your health and dial in on specifics of your training, this is the program for you.

    Resolve injury, get stronger, build fitness and learn more about your health with one of our specialist staff guiding you along the way.

    Join for the long-haul, designed for those who demand excellence or join for an acute short-course to resolve injury or prepare for an event.

    Includes:

    • Weekly 1:1 coaching with a PT, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist

    • Full access to our Establish program

    • Tailored training program with ongoing support

    • Supportive community environment

    • 24/7 access to the facility, open-gym and our online training app

    Program Cost: $165/week

    *Eligible rebates apply when seeing a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist

  • Our group training program built on consistency, quality coaching and a strong community.

    Includes:

    • Professionally coached group training sessions

    • Structured, periodised programming

    • Supportive community environment

    • 24/7 access to the facility, open gym and our online training app

    Membership: $65/week

  • Meet one-on-one with the right professional to understand what’s going on and build a clear game plan.

    Available with: PT, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Dietitian.

Our Establish group fitness program is built on the back of two principles:

Science-backed.

Training in a group environment doesn’t mean you can't facilitate high-quality, evidence-based training. We use scientific principles to formulate our decision-making when it comes to programming, testing and planning allowing us to ensure the most effective outcome possible.

Life is short and we believe it is important to enjoy the process. We foster an environment that connects and elevates people through team-based outcomes and social events, such as Saturday Social Sweat and coffee.

    S&C

    Bang for your buck!

    If you’re looking for a comprehensive fix of both strength and conditioning training elements in a condensed class format, then S&C is perfect for you. You will work through heavy compound strength movements first, supplemented with accessory exercises to build resilience, then finish it all off with high-intensity conditioning.

    Social Sweat

    Team-based workout

    Every Saturday at 6am, we host our free Social Sweats. This is a team-based workout that is designed to push your limits and train within a group environment. Join us for a tough workout, followed by a coffee after.

    HYROX

    Power endurance and conditioning foundations.

    Training for the event or keen to try out some sessions? Our HYROX classes combine strength, endurance, power and technique. Perfect for all levels, all whilst mimicking the race conditions.

    Conditioning

    HIIT that will push you right to the edge.

    Almost 50 minutes of cardio and HIIIT style training designed to build strength and burn bucketloads of energy (body fat). We hustle together as a team to reach new heights.

    Yoga

    Slow down.

    A combination of yin and flow patterns that involves mobility and downregulation to help you feel more relaxed. This will help you recover more effectively to get more out of your training.

Physiotherapy

With a lifelong passion for sport and rehab, Sophie Cuthbert brings years of experience treating sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and injury prevention.

Sophie specialises in getting clients back to peak performance, whether that’s walking pain-free or returning to sport after surgery. She’s now helping the Burleigh community move better and recover stronger.

Myotherapy

Zen blends hands-on myofascial release with movement-based therapy to target the root cause of pain and dysfunction. His sessions focus on restoring mobility, improving mechanics, and unlocking athletic performance through Myotherapy, cupping an advanced rehab techniques.

Whether you're dealing with tight fascia, restricted movement, or chronic pain, Zen’s personalised approach gets results.
