    • Start Date: 3rd February 2025

    • Schedule: Mondays at 6:30 PM, 90 minutes

    • Cost: $75/week (included in Establish Membership)

  • Yes! To participate in the Women’s Health Program, you are required to be an active member of Science of Fitness for the duration of the 8-week program.

    • Foundational Program: Requires either an Establish or Elevate Membership.

    • Advanced Program: Requires an active Elevate Membership.

  • Non-members can participate in the program by enrolling in a Science of Fitness membership for the duration of the program.

    The Establish Membership offers exceptional value beyond the Women’s Health Program, including:

    • Unlimited access to over 80 classes per week, including Pilates, Yoga, Core, Move, Breathwork, and Strength & Conditioning.

    • Access to open gym (see timetable here).

    • Monthly events with the SOF community and brand partners.

    • Training app with all programs, workout videos, and notes.

    • Comprehensive facilities.

    • Assigned trainer for personalised support.

    • Quarterly roadmap tailored to your progress.
