Yes! To participate in the Women’s Health Program, you are required to be an active member of Science of Fitness for the duration of the 8-week program.
Requires either an Establish or Elevate Membership.

Non-members can participate in the program by enrolling in a Science of Fitness membership for the duration of the program.
The Establish Membership offers exceptional value beyond the Women’s Health Program, including:
Unlimited access to over 80 classes per week, including Pilates, Yoga, Core, Move, Breathwork, and Strength & Conditioning.
Access to open gym (see timetable here).
Monthly events with the SOF community and brand partners.
